Scoring
This assessment uses differential scoring, which means each answer choice is worth a different number of points. This type of scoring reveals when an answer shows some understanding versus a random guess. Take your time and answer each question honestly, using only your own knowledge and experience. Your responses are private and will not be judged, so there is no need to guess what someone else might want you to say. It’s fine if you don’t know some answers—these questions are designed to help you develop your skills and knowledge!

Results
Immediately upon completion of this self-assessment, your results will be displayed, and you will have the option to print or download them. You will also receive a score interpretation guide via email to whatever address you provided at the beginning of the assessment (be sure to check your spam/junk box if you don't see it in your inbox). The guide will help you better understand both your strengths and opportunities for improvement and will provide feedback and resources to help you be successful as a student in online and hybrid classes.

Date Security
Your responses to this voluntary self-assessment will be used only to help you and Shoreline College understand your readiness for online and hybrid learning.
